Adult Health
DOH-Jefferson provides specific health services for adults aged 18 and over. Our medical care includes employment physical exams, college/school physical exams, female health screens, and hepatitis screenings for eligible adults. Adult health services are integrated with laboratory and immunization services, pharmacy services for eligible patients, and referrals to community partners.
We also offer comprehensive blood-draw (phlebotomy) services to all adults aged 18 and over. A provider order is required.
Child Health
DOH-Jefferson provides limited child health services. These services include School Entry Health Exams and sports’ Preparticipation Physical Evaluations (sports physicals).
