Contact Us

The Public Health Preparedness Program (PHPP), Florida Department of Health in Jefferson County coordinates all-hazards planning and preparedness activities to mitigate, prepare, respond and recover from public health emergencies that threaten the health and safety of our citizens and visitors. Collaboration with Jefferson County’s Emergency Operations Center and partners ensures organized response to fulfill our mission to promote, protect and improve the health of all people through the delivery of high quality public health services.

The PHP Coordinator and staff continually work with health, medical and disaster response organizations and agencies in preparation for a public health emergency.
